From Legal Claims to Organized Financing

A legal case requires capital, expertise, and coordinated decisions. Acta brings these elements together within a shared infrastructure where participants can evaluate the case, raise funds, and monitor their use throughout the entire process.

A separate financial framework is created for each case: its own budget, digital equity shares, and governance rules. Investors make funding decisions, and the protocol ensures their execution and accounting.

Discuss the connection

/How It Works

Capital is deployed, following the project’s milestones, performance, and evolving financing needs.

Project Preparation

Project materials, the budget, and the stages of legal work are compiled. The terms of financing, investor participation, and the distribution of future proceeds are determined.

Fundraising

Investors contribute capital to a separate project escrow account and receive digital shares reflecting their rights to payments under the financing agreement.

Funding the Stages

Participants vote to allocate funds and move to the next stage based on the results presented. Approved expenses are paid from the project budget.

Settlements with Participants

Once compensation is received for the case, investors redeem their digital shares and receive the payments due to them in accordance with the established rules.

/Management

Use complemental set of capital and risk management tools

/01

Composable capital shares

Your investment is recorded as digital shares in a case fund — clear ownership, easy to track, and transferable when you need liquidity.

/02

Verifiable payment for case services

Money for lawyers and case work is held until the work is approved, so funds are only paid when the service is actually delivered.

/03

Tranche capital structure

Choose how much risk you take: first-loss capital absorbs early costs; more protected layers are used only after that.

/04

Risk management prediction market style interface

Hedge the outcome of a case by buying protection on compensation ranges — like insurance priced by the market, not a one-off contract.

/Privacy

Clear visibility into financing, with confidential legal work kept behind role-based access.

/01

Controlled access to materials

Transparency in financing must be balanced with the confidentiality of legal work. Acta architecture separates financial transactions, case voting evidence documents, and participant information. All participants have access only to what is appropriate to their role.

/02

Known investors, clear rules

Only verified participants may join a case and transfer their shares. This keeps financing compliant and protects the project from anonymous or unvetted capital entering at any stage.

/03

Private link for settlement payouts

The settlement party receives a private, verifiable payment link used to transfer funds into the case. There is no need to wire compensation by IBAN or SWIFT details sent over email — channels a hacker can spoof or swap for their own account.

/04

One case, one closed circle

Each project has its own budget, participants, and access rights. Information and decisions stay inside that case — they are not shared with investors or parties from other matters.

/For participants

FAQ

What You Possibly Can Ask About DeLi

No. Acta provides the infrastructure for raising and managing capital for each case. Investors decide whether to participate and how much to fund; the protocol records and executes those decisions.

A digital share is a record of your stake in a case fund. It represents your claim on that case’s capital and proceeds, together with the related rights under the financing agreement — including voting on expenses where applicable.

Yes. You can transfer your digital shares to another verified participant on the secondary market without pulling capital out of the case vault. Direct redemption from the vault itself may be limited by the stage and the terms of the financing agreement.

No. Outcome markets are tools for pricing and transferring case risk between participants. They do not insure or guarantee that invested capital will be recovered; results depend on the actual case outcome and the positions taken.

The protocol is the shared on-chain infrastructure — case vaults, funding rules, voting, and settlements. An application is a product interface built on top of that protocol for a specific audience or jurisdiction, with its own catalog, UX, and access controls.
